These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern use of Say Creations’ website, services, and products. By ordering or using our site, you accept these terms.
- Products & Services
- We manufacture custom t-shirts, jerseys, polos, and other apparel.
- Colors, fabric shades, and print outcomes may slightly vary due to production limitations.
- Mockups are for representation; final product may differ within acceptable tolerance.
- Orders
- Orders are valid only upon advance payment (full/partial).
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 25 units (unless specified).
- Bulk orders require written confirmation of specifications (sizes, colors, logos).
- Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in INR, exclusive of taxes and shipping (unless mentioned).
- Payment accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cards, Net Banking.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for raw material cost fluctuations.
- Production & Delivery
- Timelines: Sports kits ~1 week, Cotton/Dyed ~2 weeks.
- Express service may be available on request with additional charges.
- We are not liable for courier delays or force majeure events.
- Intellectual Property
- Customer confirms ownership/license of logos/artwork submitted.
- We are not liable for copyright/trademark infringements caused by customer-submitted designs.
- Say Creations may showcase finished products (photos) on its portfolio unless customer opts out in writing.
- Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the order value.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
