1. Eligibility

Refunds/returns are applicable only if:

• Product received is defective, damaged, or misprinted compared to approved proof.
• Wrong product delivered (wrong size, fabric, or quantity).

2. Non-Eligibility

• Custom products cannot be returned if correct as per approved order.
• Minor shade variations (±5–10%) are industry standard and not considered defects.
• Used or washed items are not returnable.

3. Process

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
• If approved, items must be shipped back unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method.
• Replacements will be produced free of cost if defect confirmed.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by customer unless the product is defective.
