Refund & Returns Policy
- Eligibility
Refunds/returns are applicable only if:
- Product received is defective, damaged, or misprinted compared to approved proof.
- Wrong product delivered (wrong size, fabric, or quantity).
- Non-Eligibility
- Custom products cannot be returned if correct as per approved order.
- Minor shade variations (±5–10%) are industry standard and not considered defects.
- Used or washed items are not returnable.
- Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
- If approved, items must be shipped back unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method.
- Replacements will be produced free of cost if defect confirmed.
- Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by customer unless the product is defective.
