At Say Creations, each order is produced with care and precision. As most of our products are customized and made-to-order, cancellations must be carefully regulated to ensure fairness to both our customers and our production team.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production, sampling, or fabric processing has not begun.
• Cancellation requests beyond 24 hours will be reviewed case-by-case, and fees may apply.
• Once production has entered the printing, embroidery, sewing, or dyeing stage, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation Fees

• If cancellation occurs after sampling or fabric cutting, a 25–50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover labor and raw material costs.
• For large bulk orders (100+ units), fabric procurement may start immediately, and cancellation may attract higher fees.
• Design and artwork services, if already delivered, are non-refundable even if the order is cancelled.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

• Customers must submit a cancellation request in writing through our official email or WhatsApp number provided on the website.
• Cancellation requests via phone or social media messages will not be considered valid unless confirmed in writing.
• The request must include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.

4. Refunds After Cancellation

• Approved cancellations will be refunded (after deducting applicable cancellation charges) within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• For partially paid bulk orders, the refundable portion will depend on the production stage reached.

5. Exceptions & Non-Cancellable Orders

• Custom-printed products (with your logo, name, or design) cannot be cancelled once production starts.
• Rush/Express orders are non-cancellable after confirmation due to accelerated processing.
• Special fabric procurement orders (dyed fabrics, imported fabrics) may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

6. Company Rights

• Say Creations reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
  • Non-payment or payment failure
  • Technical errors in pricing or stock availability
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions)

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund without any deduction.
